Hong Ha Nails & Beauty Supply Return Policy
Returns can be made by mailing them back to our warehouse. Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. If the item shows signs of use or packaging has been damaged or has excessive markings/tape other than clear packing tape, the item is subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return guidelines.
Shipping Fees
Hong Ha Nails & Beauty Supply does not cover the cost of return shipping. We are happy to offer you a prepaid return label. We will deduct the associated costs from your refund. Unfortunately, shipping costs can not be refunded.
Defective/Damaged Products
At Hong Ha Nails & Beauty Supply, we offer a lifetime of support for every product that we sell. If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product that you had purchased from us, we are here to help! First, we will check in to make sure there is a defect. Once we have confirmed that there is something wrong with the product, we will figure out course of action to take: every manufacturer has a different method for warranty customer satisfaction, so we will determine whether you need to contact their customer service department, or if we should make the call. Regardless of the end result, we promise that we will do everything possible to find a solution to your problem. At the end of the day, we want everything you purchase from Hong Ha Nails & Beauty Supply to be functional, useful, working.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Any refused or undeliverable package(s) returned to our warehouse will be subject to a fee no greater than 10% of the total purchase price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Hong Ha Nails & Beauty Supply.
